Rincon Green has been my home for the past 3 years, and I’ve absolutely loved my time here. The staff is truly exceptional—always friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. Special thanks to Roy, James, and Andrew for going above and beyond to make my stay seamless and enjoyable.
The amenities are fantastic—the gym is well-equipped for great workouts, and the rooftop is a wonderful spot to relax, complete with a hot tub and a stunning Bay Bridge view. Concierge services have always been smooth and reliable, adding to the overall comfort and ease of living here.
The location is unbeatable if you enjoy long walks along the Embarcadero, and the neighborhood feels moderately safer compared to many other parts of the city, which added to my peace of mind.
Rincon Green has been more than just an apartment—it’s been a wonderful community to call home.

The best leasing office team I’ve ever interacted with. They’re responsive and compassionate in ways you never see with other leasing offices. The front desk team is also top notch. Only complaint is that they don’t deliver packages to your door (or have options for them to leave packages inside your apartment). They have a mail room but it’s average.
