The Broadmoor

I stayed at The Broadmoor Hotel from the 22nd of October till today – 15th December.
I have had a wonderful experiance. The room was very comfortable with very good quality of linen ( Calvin Klein and Seely)
The bed was very comfortable too. The studio had a coffee machine plus a microwave and a fridge… all working very efficiently.
The stay included breakfast and every day was a new choice of a main dish with sides of sausages and bacon and fresh fruit. The croissant was fresh and the juice nice and cold. The staff at the restaurant were always eager to please.
The best part of the stay were its staff. Viviene, the manager to Hurbert and Sunil at the front desk all had a smile on their faces and an attitude to be helpful. The place also boasts of a large terrace which had very comfortable seating. enjoying the sun in this weather was a pure treat. I had an issue with the shower head amd the management replaced it with a brand new rain shower..which showed that they cared for their guests.
The cherry on all of this is that the charges are very reasonable. Actually rather low compared to other US options
All in all a wonderful stay at the Broadmoor. Highly recommended.

I loved staying at The Broadmoor! The location is convenient; the bed comfortable, the room quite spacious. My room had a small fridge, microwave, and kettle for making tea and coffee; a private bathroom with nice bathtub. Staff were super friendly and helpful! The lobby and garden is lovely, and they serve breakfast no extra charge. All is all, way better than a hotel and the price is much better than most hotels in San Francisco!
