We approached Geoff and company after having worked with two other architects that had wildly different visions for the scale and approach of the project. We are so thrilled we did; Geoff had a clarity of vision that cut through the noise, and had novel ideas for how to improve the use of space. I have a corner lot in SF and want to explore the development opportunities, so I contacted many architects to get me educated. Geoff Gibson contacted me promptly after I sent out the request, and setup a meeting with me to go over the new ordinance for corner lot, the ADU possibilities, questions to ask the city, etc. etc. We exchanged over 50 emails spanning over a week. He knows the local codes really well, actually he told me about the new ordinance, which turned out to be the best option for my lot. He then read through the code for ADU’s with me, explaining every details and suggested the development scheme. He is extremely knowledgeable about the city/its codes, yet he is so easy to talk to: professional, get-to-the-point, customer first. I learnt so much from him and am so grateful for all his help. A definite 5-Star!
