I leased (technically on behalf of my mother) a new 2026 Honda Civic sport Hybrid from San Francisco Honda Dealer and the experience working with them was great. Wonderful customer service, willing to help and answer any questions we had and get us through the process in a way that was not only comfortable, but very low pressure and incredobly transparent. It helps that I know enough of how to navigate the process.

We worked with Van and James and they were both responsive and receptive to feedback. Van is a very no-nonsense kind of guy and I appreciate that. He made the process seamless and easy. Even when issue came up and discrepancies arose due to the speed at which the deal was executed (we had a very tight window), they made it right and exceeded expectations on every front. Got the price point we wanted, for the right car and trim level. No BS. No hassle. No up selling.

The car was delivered to the house by James, and he brought all the necessary paperwork and technical details with him to get the delivery done efficiently. They made it a very smooth transaction, and he helped my mom learn about her new car. James was very pleasant, professional and very happy to help in any way.

Great customer service, I highly recommend this dealership to anyone interested in Honda. A far better experience than any other local dealership.
