We recently joined the Royal Volvo family purchasing a 2026 XC60 Ultra (Forest Lake Green) after being longtime Royal Audi customers, and I wanted to highlight what an amazing and memorable experience this was from start to finish. From choosing the right Volvo, to test driving, to ultimately purchasing it — every step felt seamless and thoughtful.

I especially want to recognize our experience with the sales team, particularly Andrew Dreyer. Andrew took the time to truly listen to our family’s needs, helping us distinguish between necessities and superfluous extras. He made sure I felt completely comfortable and confident in the model we ultimately chose. He also went out of his way to involve my 12-year-old daughter in the process, which made the experience especially memorable for her.

The handoff to the sales manager was refreshingly smooth, without any of the expected haggling or deal-breaker moments. Peter Bauer made the transition from interest to purchase effortless, carefully double-checking that everything we wanted and needed was addressed.

Financing was equally straightforward. Mo El Hajj made the business side of money and numbers feel easy and approachable, guiding us smoothly through the final steps.
