Pico-Union Housing Corporation

Pico-Union Housing Corp (PUHC) is a nonprofit organization based in Los Angeles, CA committed to preserving and managing affordable housing across the region. We work to ensure low- and moderate-income residents have access to safe, quality, and stable apartments. Through responsible property management, community partnerships, and resident-focused services, PUHC strengthens neighborhoods and promotes long-term housing solutions throughout L.A.’s diverse communities.
