Wanted to express appreciation and gratitude for how L.A Care handled my call and service today. Since I am enrolled in L.A Care effectively last Sunday, the Customer Service person was helpful when I chose my doctor and my medical group of choice.
Though the calls are 59 minutes long wait, it was worth waiting. As February is the month where people are enrolling in LA Care and medical plans and changing doctors especially its why the calls take long. But sincerely thank you to LA Care for taking your time to help me.

Wanted to express my gratitude for LA care, many of their team have gone above and beyond to assist me and their help has been an absolutely essential part of my recovery, my preventative care, and my road back to being healthy again.
From quick approval of specialist referrals to assisting me in navigating the mental health and CES shelter systems while even providing rides to appointments (!!!) LA Care has truly been a life saver for me… Not only with helping me get through through a very difficult time in my life with insurance, but also by assisting me in navigating complex health systems properly and efficiently.
Thank you, truly, from the bottom of my heart for all of your help LA Care & staff. I couldn’t have gotten this far without you 💜

From my experience I rate them a 5 if I can give them a 10 i would.
Reason are as follows : The care and medical places that my children were sent have been always the best.
When my children needed medicine they always understood my financial situation and they would go out of their way to provide me an inhaler for my son Aaron at school at home and for the other parent even thought its only 1 a month. With That said i dont forget and i havent had time too say thank you but I have time now so from the bottom of my heart thank you LA CARE.
Also i had surgery being a military Veteran i have service connected injuries and i felt happy that i continued my care with the Medical. They covered my surgery arthroscopic surgery I am no longer with LA CARE but thank you for approving what i needed for my medical needs.

Huge shout out to LA CARE! I am a case manager at a small clinic. I helped out with transportation through your health plan and it’s been amazing! All my patients are following up with their specialities and getting the medical care they need. Member preventatives are always willing to help. Keep up the great work!
