Had my first DEXA scan at Kalos Health today and I’m really impressed! I wasn’t sure what to expect, but the whole experience was smooth and incredibly informative. The staff (Alex) explained everything clearly before we started, which put me at ease. The scan itself was quick and painless – you just lie still for a few minutes. What really stood out was how thorough he was in explaining my results afterward. I learned so much about my body composition, bone density, and overall health metrics that I never would have known otherwise. The facility is clean and modern, and Alex was professional yet friendly. It’s amazing how much detailed information you can get from such a simple, non-invasive test. I feel like I have a much better understanding of my health baseline now. Definitely recommend if you’re curious about your body composition or want to track your fitness progress with real data!
