They were very helpful in cleaning out my Epson ET-7750. It is a great printer when it isn’t clogged up, and despite my efforts beforehand, I couldn’t get it to work. Kurt was amiable and informative, and I will definitely come back if I have other printer issues. It works perfectly now.
