Great experience with installing SPC flooring, and I will work with this company again if I need flooring in the future. Gene was professional and had great communication before, during, and after the project. He visited my home to take measurements, show me samples, and he provided an estimate before he left. There was no pressure, and I noticed his attention to detail and quality. After getting estimates from other companies, Concept Materials had a competitive estimate and I felt they would do the best quality work.

This job involved replacing a cheap vinyl wood floor with durable SPC. The scope was a living room, 4 steps, and a hallway. Each day two guys arrived on time. Because the subfloor was not flat, they had to pour concrete to level the floor. Overall, they did an excellent job and cleaned everything well.

Like many projects there were some unexpected issues, and Gene handled each issue quickly with a good solution.
