I had a great experience at ComputerLand of Berkeley.
My PC couldn’t boot and I had no idea what went wrong. The staff helped me diagnose the issue for free, and they patiently explained that the real problem was a damaged motherboard—likely caused by unstable voltage from a custom PSU cable I had used before.
They checked everything carefully, including the power supply and GPU, and clearly explained the cause without trying to sell me anything unnecessary. Very honest, professional, and helpful.

I had been having issues with my battery for several months when I went to computerland, thinking my macbook (pretty old — at least 5-6 years) was done for when it wouldn’t turn back on. They replaced the battery for a price lower than Apple, and returned it to me the next day. Grateful for the convenience and kindness of those who work here!
