Had great service here just now on my account. I have the online checking account with no fee atm and just decided to get a savings account. Its even higher interest and gives more interest than discover and capitalone. They even provide online support writing online without needing to call. I needed something notarized which is normally a pain. Luckily i got a nice lady who provided great service and was able to for me right away. She let me know you normally need an appointed. This time i actually had called first and they didnt say but it was great that i got someone who could. Usually they have certain people who can. Anyway i highly recommend the account and the no fee atm is super convenient not having to think about fees. Also the fidelitity one i had before but found out they limit it to nine withdraws.
