Been working with Sanjay for almost a year now. Highly responsive, he is well aware of when to use his own expertise vs when to bring in other specialists. Loves science and data but also acknowledges that western medicine doesn’t have it all figured out. I periodically bring him some unorthodox ideas. Some he says “hey there’s no Botha’s this works but the theory is sound”. Others he says “no evidence and unlikely to work”.
