Living in SOMA at 788 has been an amazing experience! The management team is responsive and so kind. Tiff, especially, has gone above and beyond to help out and make me feel at home. The location is also a huge plus— we are within walking distance of public transportation and many stores. The apartments themselves are modern and spacious with amazing amenities. There is even a sauna, which is hard to find in an apartment complex! I’d recommend SOMA at 788 to anyone looking for a friendly and convenient place to live.

I have to thank (Sandra and Tiffany) & the team incl. You two always respond instantly to our calls and emails for doing such an incredible job turning this property around. They always host cute events and find ways to bring the community together. Maintenance (Mario and Teresa) has always been very quick to get things fixed and / or replaced. I feel much safer every day because we have excellent security. Thank you to all the wonderful staff for all you do!
