Neptune Tattoo Studio is a minority women owned, environmentally conscious tattoo shop located in the historic core of downtown Los Angeles. Neptune Tattoo is created with the intension to provide a safe tattoo space for all. While each tattoo is aesthetically unique, our works are linked by a focus on creating an inclusive and therapeutic tattoo experience.
