The Focus Group CPA Firm has provided Accounting/Bookkeeping and 990 Preparation Services for BFRIN. The Board, including myself, from the onset, were made to immediately feel comfortable with the firm because there is a no-pressure environment; no sales pitch.
We came to The Focus Group at a time where an accounting firm went AWOL on us. Kinda fell off the face of the earth. Leaving us hanging right at the IRS deadline. So we were in panic mode but they were calm and professional – even with the tight time constraints.
The pricing is affordable.
The contract is understandable without a lot of hard to comprehend jargon.
In fact, throughout the process, Dana, in particular, explains accounting terms on a layman’s level, but not condescendingly so. He meets us where we are (so to speak).
Response time is quick and we like that. In the same token, we needed to be available to provide information and documentation at a proper speed that would allow The Focus Group to do their work, as well.
Trying to search for 1 flaw in the way they do business or 1 flaw, even in a personal way. But I truly cant find it. It is a seamless experience working with them. And we recommend The Focus Group CPA Firm, hands down!
