Brought two laptops here. One was a simple battery replacement. The other was a screen repair/replacement. Turns out they could not repair, which product reviews corroborated. They helped me get the exactly right replacement screen which they installed promptly. The monitor touchscreen did not work at first, and I understood they could not fix this issue given the part did not come with brand-name service and support. I appreciated the good communication between me and the shop, which helped everything get taken care of quickly. After a couple days of trying to solve the touchscreen issue myself and seeming to fail, it’s now fully working and my laptop is back up and running! Thank you!
